Peckham Rye Pavillion

Client: London Borough of Southwark

BSE 3D designed the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services for the new pavilion in Peckham Rye Park. The new pavilion provides much needed changing facilities, in addition to public toilets and a leisure space.

The pavilion utilised underfloor heating, supply and extract ventilation with heat recovery and low energy lighting.

The project, which was featured in the Architect’s Journal, was part of the Revitalise Peckham Rye Park and Common initiative that looked to provide facilities accessible to all in the park.

The project was shortlisted for Public Building of the Year at the AJ Architecture Awards 2018.
