That’s exactly what we delivered in 2023 – and now we move to an even bigger and better event in 2024.
This 3-day event will bring together the public sector – with every core UK city and region involved – alongside Government, investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and more.
Supported by a high number of regional combined authorities, local councils and Government departments – as well as the largest developers and investors from across the UK and internationally – this event will gather all the key players, influencers and decision makers within the investment and real estate markets to highlight investment and development opportunities, whilst connecting and facilitating new relationships to drive economic growth through development and regeneration.
The UK needs this platform for the public sector to showcase the scale of development progress and profile future investment opportunities to investors, developers and occupiers from around the globe that is based right here in the UK – this event does just that.’
Our Managing Director, Phil Todd is looking forward to returning to Leeds again this year for UKREiiF from 21st-23rd May. Phil is looking forward to catching up with colleagues when he visits the Victoria Gate Casino we delivered for Global Gaming Ventures, as well as supporting clients with more projects in the area.
